Worthy Autism
(letter to parents of autistic children)

Autism is worthy of love. In other words we should be loved for who we are.

If you have an autistic child, you should love them as they are and not get torn up by what you wanted them to be. Just let them be! They'll find their way.
They are verry smart people, you know.

My people are in need of love from these neurotypical parents who sadly show half-love I call it. Love your child AND love that part of him/her who is autistic. You see, autism is a part of who we are. If you can't learn to love the child as a whole then what good is half-love half-"prevent-autism"? These parents should FULLY accept their children for who they are MEANING autism included. Learn to love your bright, brilliant child.

These wonderous autistic children bring many gifts into the world with them. Would you want to CURE THAT? I don't think so.

All I ask is for you to love them and let them be who they want to be.
Put aside those thoughts on what YOU WANT them to be. They are their own. They can think as well.

...and please accept their stimming. In our world stimming is FUN-dimental. That, too I ask of you.

Thanks for at least reading this, parents of autistic children,

-Furball
